Found Oasis Appliance Repair after a quick online search for freezer repair in Palm Desert. My freezer was acting up, not freezing right, and I couldn't figure it out. I booked an appointment, and Tech Alex showed up right on time, which was awesome. Know what's even better? He got right to it, no fuss, just straight. Didn't waste time explaining stuff in detail, just got the job done, which I appreciate. Turns out, a part needed replacing – he had it on hand, so no waiting around for orders.
